TRAVEL NURSE BENEFITS

Next Move Inc provides optional health coverage to all travel nurses, which begins on day one of your contract, along with a 401(k) plan that has an immediate vesting period, 2-weeks paid-time off, referral bonuses, a free emotional health support line available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the maximum allowable IRS travel stipend.

401(k) Plan

Next Move has a 401(k) plan that has an immediate vesting period. It begins at the 1st of the month, after your start date (unless you opt out). Even if you left after 3, 6, or 12 months you’d still get all the contributed matching funds. Next Move matches your contribution percentage up to 4% of your taxable salary.

Medical Plan

Next Move Inc provides optional health coverage to all travel nurses, which begins on day one of your contract. This coverage includes health, dental, vision and HSAs. Your coverage will cover you, your spouse, domestic partner, and dependent children (under the age of 26). Your insurance will continue so long as you’re in an active contract – and can be extended when and if you sign another consecutive contract.

PTO

Next Move provides paid time off (PTO) to every nurse that works 4 consecutive contracts with us. PTO is paid out at the rate of $1,500 total for 2-weeks for nurses that wish to take time off between contracts. Or nurses can choose to continue working, and still receive a $1,500 loyalty bonus once they’ve signed their. 5th contract. 

Other Benefits

Next Move also provides other benefits including licensure and certification reimbursement, free emotional health support line available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, $500 per referral bonuses, maximum allowable IRS travel stipend, critical illness insurance, short term disability insurance, voluntary life and AD&D coverage.

Next Move Inc is one of the only travel nurse agencies with nurses on staff as part of our recruitment and executive team. As such, we personally know the mental toll nursing can take on a person which is why we offer the following benefits to all our insured RNs.

24-Hour Emotional Health Support Line
Next Move offers all our insured nurses a free, confidential, 24/7 emotional health support line for immediate help for those who are feeling overwhelmed or in crisis. This hotline is staffed by license behavioral health clinicians who will listen, provide emotional support, tips for healthy coping and referrals to local resources.

Free Therapy Visits
Next Move also offers all our insured nurses up to 3 free therapy visits with a trained counselor. Subsequent visits are treated the same as a regular doctor’s visit and follow the deductible and maximum out of pocket provisions of the health plan selected. In other words: we don’t treat the need to visit a counselor or therapist any different than seeing a general practice physician.
